Youth Soccer League

Registration is open now for our spring youth soccer league! This league is for boys and girls ages 4-10. Registration deadline is Thursday, March 27. Please register in person at the Y. The fee is $35 for Y members and $60 for potential members. Registration forms are available at the Y, or you may print one from the link below. Greenville students should bring registration forms home from school soon.

Our leagues would not be possible without volunteers. Please indicate on the registration form if you are willing to help coach your child’s team, officiate games, be a team parent helper, or be timekeeper/scorekeeper.

The Y’s youth sports philosophy is Everybody Plays, Everybody Wins! The focus in on skill development and fun, not the scoreboard.

Assessments for ages 7-10 will be Saturday, March 29. Players with last name starting with A-L will start at 10:00 AM. Players with last name starting with M-Z will start at 11:00 AM.

Practices and games will be on Saturdays at our outdoor soccer fields behind the Greenville Y. Practice and game schedules will be finalized after teams are assembled.

We recommend cleats and shin guards. The Y will provide team shirts. If weather necessitates moving games indoors, please note that cleats are not allowed in the gym so players should wear regular athletic shoes for indoors.
