Group Exercise Class Schedule

- Registration is required for all classes.
- Members may register for the current session at any time. Registration may take place in person, by phone, or *online. (*Some exceptions may apply.)
- SESSION DATES for all classes and programs (4-week sessions)
- Session 1– January 5-31
- Session 2– February 2-28
- Session 3– March 2-28
- Session 4– March 30–April 25
- Session 5– April 27-May 25
- If the class roster is full, we will accommodate members on the wait list as space and safety allows. Please check with the Welcome Center for availability.
- Registration for the next session’s classes usually opens one week prior to the next session start date. Check the lobby calendar for the registration opening date.
Hand sanitizer and disinfecting cleaner is available in all exercise areas of the YMCA. Please do not enter the facility if you are feeling unwell.
